Gcse results

HI so basically I received my results yesterday for maths and got a grade D. I am not happy about this because I expected it to be higher than that and in-between B and C, as I have worked my ass off and feel like giving up as I have not achieved my goal for maths. what could I do?

if you want to go to sixth form ask if they allow retakes
and college will allow retakes anyway

You shouldn't give up. You should either ask your teachers for a breakdown of your performance across the papers or recall your scripts back so that you can see where you went wrong.*

If you want to get a higher grade, then find a test centre and resit the qualification. If you were 1 mark off the grade boundary (which you can find out from your teacher), then perhaps consider a remark. Good luck
John Cena never gives up. Be like John Cena.
In all seriousness, just remark the paper if you feel you done much better.
