Cant input bank details

I have applied for student finance this year and the application has been approved, my maintenance loan dates have been given. However it will not let me put my bank details into the website to get paid as it says I have applied for student finance to "help with living costs".

How will i receive the money?

You can update bank details with us over the phone, if you call us on 0300 100 0607 one of our advisers will update these as long as you can confirm any old details that may be on the account.
