finding an Undergrad placement abroad
firstly hope i got the right forum 
basically im going to be deferring my final year at the end of this one, so i can take a year out. however, id like to go abroad and my uni doesnt have any decent information on where to look. so does anyone have any suggestions? i dont want to go through one of these agencies that charge fees, and it would have to pay enough for me to live off for the year... cheers!

There were a lot of computer people working on placements at Syngenta Crop Protection in Basel whilst I was there.
