Does anyone know if you are allowed to use “Berol handwriting pens “ during exams ??

Unless the specify 'pencil', its still a pen.

You are meant to use either a black biro or ball-point pen. I don't know if berol comes under either of these types but I have never seen someone using one in an exam
As long as the ink isn’t invisible, it should be fine.
