Specsavers Interview

I had an interview today for a trainee optical assistant role. Throughout the interview the manager mentioned that because of my previous supervisory experience she thinks the role of clinic team leader might be of interest - is this a good sign?? I really hope I get this job. I was told the trainee role is minimum wage, however does anyone know what a clinic team leader would get?
