I have two offers from University of Edinburgh
1. BSc Mathematics and Music
2. BSc Acoustic and Music Technology

Any students studying in those courses, with whom I could talk to ?

Mathematics and Music to me sounds look a good balance, mathematics will give you good employment prospects grouped with music which will allow you to carry on your passion.
