Masters Without Undergraduate Dissertation

Can you do a masters at a top uni if you didn't do a dissertation as part of your undergraduate degree (no option for that in the degree)?

Yes, in some cases, but you'd be well advised to speak to the Masters university and see how they would view it. it depends on the structure of the Masters, the specific subject, the goal of the Masters (ie is it focussed on PhD prep) etc. There's no general answer except yes, it might be possible.
