No, if you are not using the text box on the portal then only the 2 page limit should be taken into consideration. The 4000 character limit is only for the text box.

I applied on 30th October. However, there were issues with my transcripts and it wasn't until November 22nd that they got my complete application. so it took them a bit more than 2 weeks.

I volunteered for 3 years as a support teacher and I was an intern at a psychology company that provides psychology courses and clinical psychology training. Those were the two main things.
