Art and design exam

Ive never posted something like this but i need someone to answer as quickly as possible, my final gcse art exam is tomorrow and the following day. I had my whole final piece planned out but my art teacher told everybody that they must use a reference that they took themselves. I dont have a personal reference, and i dont want to paint somebody who i know (family/friends) because of privacy, and people have already told me they do not want to be painted. I know its last minute but i really need the answer- can i use a reference from the internet for my final piece? Im assuming so but would i still get a high grade? Should i just lie and say i know the person i painted?

I hope you sorted something out. For personal development, using a photo you didn't take sort of defeats the point. Not painting someone you know for privacy reasons is strange though. Remember you're in school. Paint one of your school friends. It might seem embarrassing but it's necessity, isn't it?
