UCAS application status changed

UCAS application status changed

Back in November 2022 I applied to Uni's by December time i got all my offers and in Jan made my firm and insurance choice
I check UCAS every week and for the past 3-4 months on my application it says 'waiting for you to meet the requirements' (purple) but now it says application sent (green)
Why has this change happened because I didn't change it
Can anyone help please
