Hi guys, I was invited for this interview and have taken it.

8 questions in all- 1 warm up question(not scored), 2 behaviour questions (similar to what is on the application form), 4 strength questions and lastly ID verification also identified as a question.

Edit:
5 mins to answer each of the behaviour questions and 2 mins each for the strength questions.

I'm so sorry, I got mixed up with another AO role o had applied for.

For this EO one I actually haven't heard anything back since.

So sorry for getting your hopes up or anything like that.

I will definitely report back if and when my application progresses.

Ah you are fine no problem at all. Seems to be a bit if a stall on this one though

I've just checked mine and mine is the same "Application being reviewed" so no updates as of yet unfortunately!

Did you go to any of the webinars for this role before applying?

Do you know anything more about the roles on offer for this campaign?

I hope none of them are call centre based!

No I didn't see the job until they had already passed. I only spotted it with a couple of days before closing so applied on a whim

To be honest you didn't miss much, the main takeaway I had from it was that you could be offered any role, and some are 100% office based, so you had to be prepared for that and that if you were offered a role that didn't suit or you didn't like, you couldn't change it

It's a team leader role in DWP, the manager sounds lovely and the flexibility and role is very appealing to me so I'm excited to get started
