I have an interview with NSPCC Childline

Hi, I have applied for a volunteer counsellor role with Childline and I am attending an interview VERY soon. I just wondered if anyone has had an interview for this role before and what types of questions are asked etc.

I am just trying to be as prepared as possible as I have never had a 1 hour interview before and I have no idea what to expect.
