had an interview with a lead engineer and hr think we hear back around 2 weeks

Thank you, I have mine on Monday.
How did the interview go? Can I ask what kind of questions they asked

Congrats on getting an interview, I have mine tomorrow. Hope it went well today. Do you mind saying what sort of things they asked?

Does anyone know how long this apprenticeship is supposed to be? I haven't found that information anywhere and I also have my interview soon...

Not 100% sure but I think it's 15 months. Will ask them

Best of luck! Hope I'm not too late to answer , research their values and behaviours alot.. they will ask several questions regarding each behaviour 😊

It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, found it much less technical and more soft skills based? Came away with absolutely no idea if it went well or badly 😬😂
Also thanks for sending those pointers, sadly I was midway through my interview by then but I appreciate the help. How do you think yours went?

Yes was definitely more soft skill based, I had a few technical questions towards the end.. one question I found particularly difficult..
Similar to you, I have no idea how I done , some of their responses were very positive , but they seemed like really nice people anyway, so they may have been positive no matter what 🤣
