what do you mean? like english being their second language and not first

To attend any sixth form, you need to have a grade 4 or above in English language GCSE. Having the English as a Second Language (ESL) IGCSE qualification, can it fulfill this requirement?

im not sure but like english was my 3rd language and to apply i sat my english language mocks at school and then gave those predicted to them. But u can email or call the college and ask them
