Early applications/Philosophy and Economics

Hi! Is it better to submit my application in September or October? Some say that earlier is better but I am unsure. Also is there anyone doing philosophy and economics? Thanks!!

It won't make any difference. Universities are required by their contract with UCAS to consider all applications received before the deadline equally. So it doesn't matter if you apply in September, October, or January the day before the deadline.

The only universities and/or courses requiring you apply before the January deadline are Oxford, Cambridge, medicine, vet med, and dentistry.
