UKFPO eligibility application rejected

Hi everyone, I am applying to UKFPO 2024. My eligibility application has been deemed ineligible due to my passport/ID being invalid for right to work. I am a non-EU citizen but a EU graduate, so I know I don't have the right to work in the UK. I chose the "do not show my passport as right to work" option and that I wished to be sponsored. However, I received an ineligible outcome and that my passport is invalid as evidence for RTW. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
