I keep failing these two OSCE Adult Nursing Stations. Why?!

Ignore the category of the question I could not find anything relevant.

I am a nurse practicing for the OSCE exam in the UK to get a pin number. In this OSCE I have the two stations of Fluid Balance and Implementation of care.

I have done two attempts at these and no matter how hard I practice I still fail them for some stupid mistake that were either made up or otherwise is a mistake that other candidates have made but it was let slide. I'm at my breaking point. What am I doing wrong? Why do I keep failing? I don't want my future to come to an end just because of two lousy stations! Please any advice remotely significant will help.
