Cambridge Postgraduate Application MPhil Additional Questions?

Hello! I am an international applicant, so I'm not sure what British postgraduate programs prefer from students.

I've been asked for my career goals (200 words) and additional information (200 words). Should I write plainly (I did xyz and achieved xyz), or more as a story (When I met so & so, they inspired me to do xyz)?

Most of my achievements come from my professional life, not academic, so I'm stressed out about putting my best foot forward in these sections. Thanks for your help!
