If you're not sure about all five then leave a spot blank and fill it in any time before the equal consideration deadline.
Change your contact email so it isn’t your school/college email.
Lots of schools/colleges remove access to emails in the summer when universities are emailing out important information.
Some schools/colleges block university emails.
Have a personal email address with a sensible address. Whitelist (add to your contacts) the email address/domain of your chosen universities and check your spam/junk folders weekly.
