Hi there
The document upload option is standard for all applicants and is available in case any documents need to be submitted, like international qualifications or substitute PS. Since you haven't received any emails from admissions about document submission, I think it's safe to presume that you need to upload any at the moment. However, keep an eye on your inbox (including spam) in case there is any communication regarding that.
