Quantitative Job Prospects

What are some well-paid quantitative jobs I can go into with a BSc in Economics, taking mathematical optional modules, from a target uni (Warwick/LSE/Cambridge) or Econ and Maths at Bristol? Are actuaries or data scientists well compensated? What can I do at uni to really demonstrate my affinity for maths and problem-solving?
Lots of opportunities, almost every industry has some level of quantitative analysis. The thing with quantitative analysis is a small number of highly competent individuals dominate the best opportunities regardless of university.

Often times the skills you need to stand out as a strong analyst require further learning & experience then what you will develop through your degree alone.
