Rent is all inclusive at £255/week (same room is currently letting out at £265 so you'll be saving) plus you will get two weeks off rent in Dec! You will be centrally located near the city centre with just a 5 mins walk away from the Quay and right by the gorgeous Fore Street. You will also have free access to indoor gyms, cinema room and study spaces located in the building.Happy to share pictures if interested!
