I’m going to submit my applications next week but I don’t understand what the mid-year report is especially since I’m doing A-levels, what would my counsellor have to say?

So your counsellor would have to fill it on the Common App around January-March time, and they have to attach a transcript with your currently updated grades. Here's a PDF version of what they have to fill in: https://college.harvard.edu/sites/default/files/2022-08/Midyear_Report.pdf
