university tuition fee and maintenance but not took student loan.

Hi i am in first year of my dentistry at university of Birmingham i did not take student fiance through UCAS as my dad had some savings for my tuition fees to help me for two years now i feel its unfair on me to ask my dad to pay my fee for next year is there a way i can still apply for scholarship at the university for my tuition fee and maintenance .
