Looking for someone to takeover my room in NW London

Hi,

Current tenant at Chapter Portobello (W10) looking for tenancy transfer due to a change in location of my lab. The contract ends 23th Aug 2024. The new occupant need to be an university student. The rent is 450GBP per week with all utility bills included. Price negotiable.

The room is a studio room located in west London, with 5 minute walk to a major bus station and a big Sainsbury, 10 minute walk to Tube station. There are free shuttle buses departing from the property to Imperial College London South Kensington campus every day. It's located very near to White City campus of Imperial College London as well. It takes ~35 minutes to get to Imperial College, and ~30 minutes to get to UCL.
