I’m filling out my CSS profile for institutional aid and I’m filling out the Non-Custodial Parent Waiver as my parents are separated as of September and I have zero contact with my father. There are no court orders but my teachers & counsellors are writing supporting statements. Was just wondering if my circumstances are still as valid?
