?i love reading self help books! you've probably heard of atomic habits? i recommend that one
perhaps psychological classics are worth looking into? I would suggest The Bell Jar and/or The Stranger. or maybe even memoirs and autobiographical books like Beautiful Boy and Everything I Know about love. (Not sure how good these would be at expanding your knowledge, but they're all great reads at the end of the day and I'm pretty sure you learn learn a thing or two from all of these!)
