Like IT or computer science.
Really want to go to a Uni that specialises in IT.

Why do you want to go to a university which specialises in IT? What do you hope to gain from such a university that you won't get from a university which covers a wide range of subjects and has an excellent Computer Science department?

Ignoring your requirement for a London-based university for a moment, would you turn down an offer from Oxford? Or Cambridge? Those are pretty good unis, but don't specialise in IT.

none of the unis specialise in 1 specific thing. just go for the best uni there is in london

i'm not sure about specialising, but i do know that imperial and ucl are great for engineering, including computer science. oxford and cambridge are amazing asw, but in london i would recommend imperial and ucl
