I got a place at an evening to talk about gifted academy at a sixth form!!

I got an email today from one of the colleges I applied for offering me a place at an evening they're doing about their gifted academy. It's for high achieving students who get like mostly 7s and above on GCSEs, I don't know how I got offered because my grades are dreadful, and for people who would get like top grades at college and would probably go to like Oxbridge, and lowkey I feel so motivated now. I haven't been told in ages that I'm good and it's just making me feel so good that they think I'm good that I want to try to be even better yk? I never thought I would be good enough for like Oxbridge but the fact they've said that I'm someone who they think could get the grades for that?? Nothing much else to say just very happy!!
