National Highways - Recruitment

Hello

Has anybody gone through the recruitment process for a Traffic Officer? What is the telephone interview like?
And the assessment centre?
What type of questions were they asking? How long was the overall application process?
And if you passed all the stages, how is life working as a Traffic Officer?
