Changing jobs advice?
Hi I need some advice on changing jobs.
So I'm currently work full time as a band 2 MLA for 37.5 hours in an NHS hospital. Just recently, I've been offered a job as a band 3 in another lab which offers more opportunities for growth and I would get more practical lab experience. However the new job would be part time at only 26.6 hours. I think it would be less money although more experience. But it's at a 5AM start which can be quite draining. At my current job i feel stuck as it is getting extremely repetitive and there's no promotional opportunities, it feels quite dead end. So I'm really not sure what to do.
