Career after a PhD in neuropsychology
I am a second year PhD student studying neuropsychology (with a focus on ADHD in children). What are the steps needed to take if i want to pursue a career in clinical psychology? Also, are there any options to work in industry?
Wow well done, sounds like a really interesting project. I would love to know a little bit more about your research, as work with these young people myself (clin psy in CAMHS).
Basically, you would need a doctorate again, but in clinical psychology. You can have a great career in research though without this, and only important if you wanted to take on more hands on clinical work also.
