My placements in 3 days & I dont know my shifts bcz my cell reception is bad

I'm a student nurse, I'm starting my first placement very soon.
Yesterday I called the placement, the first time went ok, but they told me to call back in 2 hours.
I did, and each time the cell reception was so bad I had to disconnect. I probably called them like 8 times, I walked 2 blocks away and called them again and it was still bad.

I called again today, I got through with the front desk, but the nurse in charge couldn't understand me because of the cell reception so I had to hang up.

Today I also emailed the person I'm supposed to talk to, but she wasn't responding to the email my ECF forwarded her from me a few days ago.
What should I do?

Find somewhere you can get decent reception.
Use a landline.
Borrow someone’s phone who’s on a different network.
Go to the placement location and speak to someone face to face.

Might need to change network. If your connection is that bad then youll never know how many calls just aren't getting to you and miss important stuff.
