Am I allowed to stay at Imperial accommodation?

So reviewing UCLs outrageous price for accommodation, I've come to realise Imperial is way cheaper. And one friend of mine is going Imperial, is it possible for me to share a room with him, or am I just not allowed to stay at another Unis accommodation?

No you can't. Imperial students only.
