I did my GCSEs in 2022, and I would really recommend looking at past papers and seeing which practicals came up the most, as well as some that were slightly different. Then looking at key marking points for these practicals and see where things are repetitive. Also learn some key control variables and other things that you know will help you just get those few extra marks during your exam.
