UCL late reply

I have applied to universities, all of them replied accept from UCL!
I want UCL to be my firm choice ( the course that I have applied for at UCL was: biomedical engineering with integrated foundation year), I’m quite worried because it has been around 9 weeks since my application submition, and some of my friends already go a reply from UCL , either an offer or rejection.
Do I need to worried?
Is there anything I should do ?

you can email them asking what their timeline is for your couse but i think ucl is closed for a week for the holidays so they might not reply quickly

Admissions will still be open throughout.

You can email to make sure you've not missed any requests for info, but in brief you should not be worried. Silence just means they are still considering you.
