she is almost exactly the same size as me when i'm laid down and stretch my arms above my head. my waist is 8/10 and my bust is 10/12, so it can't be said to be unhealthy

I'm a pretty average size (10-12) and my ribs stick out like that if I lie back, although my stomach wouldn't be so perfectly flat! That model is (obviously) slim but looks completely normal...

She's not skinny it's just the position she's in. I'm certain not skinny (a size 8-10, normal BMI) but if I were lying like that you'd definitely see my ribs like that.
