ICT6 - Design Section - Help!

Hey,
I was wondering if anybody could help me with my design section. I am not really sure what i need to say about my reports and queries. what information do i need to put in about them? Also, do i need to include every report that my system could possible do?
I am also stuck with my test plan, i am not really sure how i would describe the test. if anybody has an example of one of their tests that would be great.
Any help is much appreciated!

Yes, you have to include every query and report in your system.
Just say what each query does and what will be included in the report.
