Okay, as for me, a bed for rest and a wardrobe for clothes are enough....!!

Well, they have provided options for 4 types of rooms...? i was thinking of taking up the small room with single bed...which have you taken?

I went to visit and although it REALLY doesn't look great from the outside, the inside was nice, really good given the price, in my opinion. In the flat I'm in there are 2 bathrooms too, which is a bonus. It all seemed fairly clean and the flat was a decent size and everything.
I'm not sure whether there are any single rooms left now - I reserved my room a few weeks back and they said they only had large doubles left, but I guess that might have changed. But yeah, when I looked around I was happy, so I wouldn't say it's too bad at all.
