Physics Direction of Motion Question.

A rock is resting on a horizontal sheet of ice and acted on by two forces of magnitudes 15N and 20N, in perpendicular directions North and East respectively. The friction between the rock and the ice is negligible.

The rock accelerates at 4.0ms−2.
Find the direction in which it moves with respect to North.

(What is the question asking me to do ? I don't understand, someone please help ? )
Is the answer 53degrees east of north?

Yes !
Thank you so much. But can you tell me how you got it please ? I still do not understand it. (I put your answer on the physics website and you got the correct answer)
See there are two forces, their resultant will be 15j-20i. Draw a triangle and the angle with y-axis will be the answer.
Does that make sense?
