Drawing lines of magnetic flux and determining the north and south poles of a coil.

Hi,

There are several questions from this worksheet and I'm not sure what the pattern of field lines should look like. They also want you to label the north and south poles- I've just doing this by using the direction of the current but I need some help with this.

Any help would be really appreciated

For the "first" question, you can think of a finite solenoid with the ends join up to form a toriod. Then the magnetic field can be easily visualized.
