Tenancy Takeover in Newcastle

Hello, if anyone is looking for accommodation for 2023/24 academic year please let me know as I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy.
Accommodation : Newgate Court
Room Type : Classic en-suite in a 6 bedroom flat, shared kitchen with 5 others.
Price : £149 per week bills included.
Location : Grainger Street, 13 minute walk to main campus Newcastle University, 14 minute walk to Northumbria University and 4 minute walk to the central station.
Tenancy period : September 16th 2023 to July 20th 2024
Gym, Cinema, common room and study area included.
