The equation of a line has the form: y=mx+c y = mx + c

An equation of a graph could mean many things such as a straight line, quadratic curve, cubic curve etc...

In simultaneous equations, the answer can be given in a fraction but don't give it as 2/32.. It can be further simplified to 1/16.
