I was with this guy and he brought along this girl, so I purposely waked slowly just so I could stare at the beautiful view. She knew I was eyeing her jumbo backside.
But she was tactical and waited till we boarded a bus before turning around in a packed bus and smiled saying"do you like the view from back there".
That was embarrassing, I was getting bare weird looks.

I don't think they mind you staring, if you display it, it's their for the viewing. They probably take it as a compliment, it would be silly if they got offended.
It only becomes a violation when guys/girls get brave and start grabbing without permission.
