how many universities can I apply to?

Hey, so I´m an international student and I was wondering how many universities can I apply to in the UK and how many in the US? Also I was wondering if I can apply to some in the UK and some in the US, or are you only allowed to apply in one country at a time? Thanks a bunch xx

They are entirely seperate systems. You can apply to as many countries as you like.

You can apply to up to 5 universities in the UK using the UCAS system.

It's unlimited in the US, but afaik you pay an application fee per university. They don't have a direct equivalent of UCAS, but the "Common Application" is similar(ish). Note that not all US universities support the Common Application. Notable ones that don't include MIT and the University of California system (e.g. Berkeley, UCLA)
