I need to get in touch with a student at Queen Mary
Hey,
I found something belonging to a student but I don't know their name and Facebook isn't helping. She has brown hair and was wearing a grey coat when she dropped it outside the library last Tuesday (26th) at about 10am.

Maybe pop it in to the library reception desk? She'll probably re-trace her steps & go there in search of it

Why not just hand it to uni's security/reception/lost and found? That would be the most logical starting point to look when someone has lost something.

Yes, take it to Security, their office is down past the Curve on the right.
