Is Exeter a University which sends out a confirmation e-mail at midnight, on results day please? I'm aware a few universities do but I'm hoping Exeter is one!

It'll really depend but I doubt it because there's no one in the office at midnight!

Some have an automatic email set up, I know friends received them from various Universities. Unsure about Exeter though, sorry!
I got an email on results day morning last year, about 7am
