Accommodation advice needed!!

I've just firmed leeds and am about to pick my accommodation...I would like some advice from current/reason students!

I don't really care about en-suites, luxury etc. just as long as its clean and livable. What I really want it the most sociable halls! I know that it's a bit of luck as to who your flatmates are, but what are the halls with reputations for being full of friendly, party-people and mental?
I was thinking of lupton (i know its netorious but everyone i spoke to on open day said they loved it - despite not putting it down) and oxley (sporty hot guys anyone and its beautiful). Definately not Devonshire - being in a bitchy preppy group of friends for years has seriouslyy put me off preppy people!

and any other factors you think i should consider!
