can you do a nursing degree without nhs bursary?

could really use some advice;

i don't think i would be eligible for nhs funding because i've been out of the uk for the
last three years,

so what i'm trying to understand is 1. can you do a nursing degree without nhs funding?

and 2. is there any chance nhs will fund, even if the applicant does not meet eligibility

requirement regarding 'resident in uk for the last three years'

any advice would be very helpful as i seem to be going round the same sites on my searches, hatchett.
sorry , No NHS funding = No placements

1. Most universities won't have a system for payment for courses usually paid by the NHS, so I highly doubt it.

2. No chance unfortunately.
