Can you do A levels, drop out, and then re apply for A levels on different subjects that you did before?

I think it depends on the sixth form
I can't seem to find a way to get predicted grades, I'm applying as an individual and re taking the exams privately. I can't get predicted grades from my previous school and I don't know how to get predicted grades. Can someone please help, I really don't know what to do at this point.
